Active Travel Terms And Conditions

  1. The prize draw is only open to UK residents who are over the age of 18.
  2. The closing date is 30th October 2016.
  3. The prize is offered as stated and is non-exchangeable or transferable. No cash alternatives will be provided.
  4. The winner will be randomly selected by a member of Hampshire County Council staff and Hampshire County Council will notify the winner by email or telephone.
  5. Once notified by us, the winner will need to contact the Council to arrange collection of their prize. If collection is being made in person, the winner will need to bring proof of identity e.g. birth certificate, driver's licence or passport.
  6. We reserve the right to pick alternative winners if the original winners do not contact us within 14 working days of being told they have won.
  7. By entering the prize draw, you consent to the use of your personal data by Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council for the purposes of administration of the prize draw (including publishing your name and county if you are the winner on our website) and any other purposes to which you have consented.
  8. We will list the winner’s name and location on our website for at least one month after the prize draw.
  9. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any prize at any point, without liability to the prize-givers or winners.
  10. Our decision is final on all matters and we will not enter into any further correspondence.
  11. By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules in relation to this prize draw.
  12. Expected value of the total number of prizes will be £50.
