Community cycling clubs in Hampshire

New community cycling clubs are being set up across towns in Hampshire to offer sustainable cycling opportunities. The community cycling clubs will allow local residents to take part in cycle-based activities in a fun, friendly environment.

A community cycle club represents a group of people who organise and participate in regular cycling activity for the benefit of their existing members or as a service to the wider community.

The cycling activity can be on-road, off-road, cycle maintenance or even arts based. The community cycling club will provide an environment for all, regardless of cycling experience.

New clubs are to be set up in Winchester, Emsworth, New Forest District, Totton, Whitchurch, Alresford and Romsey.

Clubs have previously been created in the following towns; Alton, Andover, BasingstokeFarnborough, Liss, Petersfield, Ringwood and Whitehill & Bordon. Click on the town to find out more about the club and what they have to offer.
