Walk more every day 

Walking is a great way to stay fit and healthy.  Health guidance suggests that you should aim for 150 minutes a week of moderate exercise to get your heart rate up.  Try to make this part of your daily routine by finding out how much you currently walk and then set yourself a goal to build it up.  

Try swapping some of your more regular shorter journeys from driving to walking. For example, the school run, breaking up your working day by going for a short walk or to the local shops.
