Organised rides
Free and friendly local rides, led by knowledgeable British Cycling trained Ride Leaders in Southampton are the perfect opportunity for the whole family to cycle together. You can take part in fun community rides and explore the local area. All you have to do is bring your bike and pedal. It’s a fantastic day out for the whole family, with friends, or just on your own. You’ll meet new people, improve your fitness, and get more confident on your bike.

Breeze women-only Rides
Breeze rides offer fun, free bike rides for women of all abilities. It doesn’t matter if you’re keeping fit, young at heart, wise beyond your years, or baffled by gears. Every woman is welcome on a Breeze ride. Discover new places to ride. Gain confidence as a group, make new friends and do things you never knew you could. Our Breeze Champions will organise everything, lead the group, and make sure everyone stays safe.
