Free Dr Bike Session at Barn Farm
My Journey in conjunction with the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust are running a free session on 27th October, 10am - 4pm at Barn Farm Community Centre.
No booking necessary, it is a first come first served session.
Come along and get your bike checked over.
New Bluestar 26 route connecting Southampton and Whiteley
Launching Sunday 30 August 2026, the new Bluestar 26 route will make it easier than ever to travel between Southampton and Whiteley — connecting communities, shopping, work and leisure along the way.
Running hourly seven days a week (2 hourly on the Sunday) , this new service will provide a direct link between Southampton city centre and Whiteley Shopping Centre, serving Bitterne, Hedge End Town Centre, Botley and Whiteley.

Your Travel in and around North Whiteley
We have just completed the North Whiteley Travel Survey. This survey has to be carried out every other year to meet the planning requirements of the North Whiteley development travel plan and is paid for by the developers.
This survey asked you, the community of North Whiteley, how you currently travel around North Whiteley and what might help you to travel in more active or environmentally friendly ways in the future. Your responses, along with our local partners, will help us shape future travel measures in the North Whiteley community.
The survey is now closed. We will be sharing the results in March.
Take part in the Green Travel Boost
The £100 Green Travel Boost for residents of the North Whiteley development has now been going for over a year, and during that time over 350 items have been purchased. See below for what residents are purchasing to help them travel sustainably.

This initiative forms part of a planning obligation for the North Whiteley Consortium, who are fully funding the initiative and have commissioned Hampshire County Council to deliver on their behalf.
